MLD+ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to MLD+ Therapy and Wellness and it is reserved specially for you. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months in advance.

 

We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Anything within 24 hours is subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the total reserved services (or the equivalent of one treatment, if you purchase a series or package).

 

No-show and same-day cancellation will be charged 100% of the total reserved services (or the equivalent of one treatment, if you purchase a package). We charge this fee whether its a spontaneous weekend away, an emergency phone call that rearranges your day or the flu bug.

 

We appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy. We require that all appointments be ensured against late cancellation, rescheduling, or no shows with a major credit card. Rescheduling of appointment is subject to availability.

 

In addition, there are no refunds for services with all sales final, however we do offer credit for your next service. This includes both singles sessions, series and packages.
